If you were at my school carnival today, you would have seen me with Iron Man face-paint and a gold crown, running around screaming “Tony Stark is a princess! The suit and I are one!” and trying to get little Avengers fans to not be afraid of me. It was a pretty damn fantastic day.

My mom likes Eric. Thinks he and Godric are good people, deep down. Doesn’t like Bill. Thinks Bill’s a bit off. Doesn’t like Sookie all that much — thinks she’s an annoying narrator.
Have I ever mentioned I love my mom?
I apologize to any male followers I have. It’s the Brit in me.
Sorry I haven’t been on too much lately! Last week, I had to tackle a huge project for my school’s visual and performing arts showcase. Then, I ran off to Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont for a young writers conference in Burlington, VT (flew into Boston and then drove to Burlington). I got back on Monday. Next week is finals, too. Luckily, I only have two actual finals (Pre-calc and Physics), but I need to kick Pre-calc in the face and Physics is just difficult. I also have a huge project in both AP Lang and Comp and Theatre II. No final for AP Spanish IV/Italian or APUSH. This coming week is as such:
- Monday: normal classes
- Tuesday: Advisory (nothing) and APUSH (dumb in-class reflective essay).
- Wednesday: Theatre II (presentation of project) and Physics (actual final).
- Thursday: AP Lang and Comp (presentation of project) and Pre-calc (actual final).
- Friday: AP Spanish IV/Italian (nothing) and Advisory (nothing).
Then, it’s mother-flipping summer vacation! I’ll be on a lot during the first week or so. I will want nothing more than to tumblr and write for a good while. So, hang with me until then!

Can we have a moment of silence for all the camera men that died during the filming of this movie?

Marvel Comics makes history with a gay X-Men marriage.
Marvel Comics’ Astonishing X-Men is set to experience a new sound effect on top of its booms, whams, and sknits: the bong of wedding bells. Specifically, it’s the wedding bells of Marvel’s first gay marriage between longtime X-Man Northstar and his civilian boyfriend, Kyle. After pairing up the couple in 2009, Marvel is officially tying their knot in June’s Astonishing X-Men #51.
